Why doesn't it arrive next day?
We don't run our own warehouse. Partner makers ship from their own sites, which keeps prices down and drops frequent. You get tracking the day it leaves.
Can I really return opened makeup?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Send it back with the prepaid label from your order email. We don't resell returned beauty.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send a photo to hello@example.com within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement right away. No need to send the broken one back.
Do you ship outside the US?
To Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia. Duties are shown at checkout so there's no surprise bill at the door.
How do drops work?
A small run goes live Fridays at 7 pm ET. Saint Club members get the link 30 minutes early. Sold-out pieces sometimes come back, never on a schedule.
